Keeping track of all the wierd kinds of ramen i've tried so I know what to get next time :}
Laksa flavored - 8/10 -mmmmmm spicy. . . . ^_^
u-dong 7/10 - eh, was okay. . kind of boringly spicy (the spiciness didn't accent anything) (I have to say though, it had the best noodles out of all the one's I've tried)
Curry Flavored 6/10 meh. . . was mostly okay but I didn't like the aftertaste very much
Rasa Ayam Bawang- 7/10 eh. . nothing special . . better with the chili powder added in it.
Sapporo Ichiban Brand- Miso- 8/10

Tom Yam Goong - 7/10 Sort of a shrimp and tomato flavor, very spicy, but the spice is not the kind that overpowers the flavor. has a slight sourness to it, probably the lemon grass or the tomato. Not bad, but not something I'd want to buy again.
Kal Gug Su (Samyang Foods co)- 10/10 Definitely the nicest presentation I've ever seen. The noodles are broad with a tightly crinkled texture and very white and translucent. The broth is a cloudy clear. . . you know how the pictures on the front never really look like the actual product? This actually does look like the picture on the front. (sans real vegitables). The broth tastes like a fish base (actually tastes a lot like crab although there's none in it) and it has large pieces of nori in it. (and smaller pieces of carrots and onions) It tastes as good as anything I've had in a restaurant and doesn't have that basic 'oh, this is some form of dried ramen' flavor that seems to be basic to all ramen. I'll definitely want to get this again.
8/10 - I have no idea what flavor this is, but it's by Samyang foods and comes in an orange package. The flavor seems to be pork based anyway. (tastes almost like pork fried rice, actually . . . would probably make a good rice base if you're like me and sometimes use ramen as a rice flavorant) . It has a slight spiciness, but it doesn't overpower the flavor. The noodle quality is very high as well. I'm noticing a pattern with the Samyang products. .
