Here are some more song lyrics I've written over the years. Enjoy.
"Without Questions"
Without questions, there can be no answers,
and nothing will ever change.
Without doubt, there can be no questions,
And so we cannot rely on faith.
Without mercy, there is no compassion.
The whole world is an evil place.
Without hatred, there will be no anger.
The whole world is a much better place.
Why must we live with so much hatred?
Never seeing that were all just the same.
Why must love be the one emotion,
That's a sin to almost every faith?
Without questions, there can be no answers,
and nothing will ever change.
Without doubt, there can be no questions,
And so we cannot rely on faith.
Why must Jesus be our Lord and Master?
Why must we become like slaves?
To have a Lord is to have a Master.
To have a Master is to be a slave.
And without God, without master,
Only then will we be truly free.
Without Hell, there is no damnation
There is nothing at all to fear.
Without questions, there can be no answers,
and nothing will ever change.
Without doubt, there can be no questions,
And so we cannot rely on faith.
One thousand years, when no one questioned
the existence of Devils and gods.
One thousand years, when nothing happened.
That time is forever lost.
But the time is now, for revolution!
Time to stand on our own two feet.
So put a torch to the cathedrals.
It's time to get off our knees!
Without questions, there can be no answers,
and nothing will ever change.
Without doubt, there can be no questions,
And so we cannot rely on faith.
Without questions, there can be no answers,
and nothing will ever change.
Without doubt, there can be no questions,
And so it's time to abandon faith.
Without questions, there can be no answers,
and nothing will ever change.
Without doubt, there can be no questions,
And so we cannot rely on faith.
Without mercy, there is no compassion.
The whole world is an evil place.
Without hatred, there will be no anger.
The whole world is a much better place.

"History Lesson"
In the city of Alexandria
There lived a woman named Hypatia
A physicist and philosopher
Mathematician and astronomer
She was a scientist of world renown
Until the Christians burned the library down
And then they got Hypatia all alone
tore off her clothes and flayed the flesh from her bones
They killed this woman, they skinned her alive
She fought for knowlege and she paid the price
There's a lesson here for you and me
It's a lesson from history
Way back in sixteenth century Rome
Giordano Bruno made his home.
A clergyman and philosopher
Devoted Monk and Astronomer.
He said he thought the stars were faraway suns
And other planets might have aliens.
But the Pope thought Bruno made a mistake
And so he ordered him burned at the stake.
They killed this person, They burned him alive
He fought for knowledge and he paid the price
There's a lesson here for you and me
Another lesson from history
In Tennessee, in nineteen-twenty-five
Once more Science had to fight to survive
A high-school teacher had to make a stand
teach that a monkey was the father of man
he was arrested for the horrible crime
of saying science should have equal time
It wasn't just His freedom on the line
but the rights of all of humankind
And they put him in prison, they ruined his life
He fought for knowledge and he paid the price
There's a lesson here for you and me
Another lesson from history
Religion has since the earliest times
caused the worst and most horrible crimes
The plight of women throughout history,
and the roots of racial bigotry
can be traced to a religious cause
that thought it needed some Holy Laws
Once more today someone must take a stand
Before religion can reconquer this land
I'll be a martyr, I will lay down my life
I'll fight for knowledge and I'll pay the price
There's a lesson here for you and me
It's a lesson that we're doomed to repeat
An urgent message to you from me
Learn the lessons of history
Learn a lesson from history.

"All Our Yesterdays (For Nikki)"
You were so perfect
I was afraid to touch, for fear of spoiling
this moment,
For eternity
With the sun on your hair, and love in your eyes
you seemed to float
into the sky
beyond my grasp, you slipped away
and I'm alone now
just like before
only emptier, because you stole
my heart away, Oh-ohhhh...
Just like all our yesterdays
And All our Yesterdays
will fade
like the dying flame
that once did blaze
like an inferno
Just like all our Yesterdays
They say it's better
to have loved and lost
Than never to have loved at all
but I don't think so
and never will
this pain inside, just won't subside
though I don't blame you
for leaving me,
Only I'm to blame, it was all my fault,
I was so thoughtless
I was so cold
And the things I said, Chased you away
Oh-ohhhh...
Just like all our Yesterdays
And All our Yesterdays
will fade
like the dying flame
that once did blaze
like an inferno
Just like all our Yesterdays
What's done is done
No taking back
the secrets I shared, and the rumors I spread
There's no excuse
for what I did
But I was so young, I did not know
what I was doing
But you can't forget
The accusing eyes of all your friends
and the distant past
won't go away
It refuses to die, Oh-ohhh...
Unlike all our Yesterdays
'Cause all our Yesterdays
will fade
like a dying flame
that once did blaze
like an inferno
Just like All our Yesterdays
What's gone is gone
No going back
to the time we spent, at the water's edge
Because the past
is gone for good
And the memories of when you were by my side
It's funny how,
as time goes by
the loving memories are the first to fade
and all the pain
remains with you
Although the years go by, the hurt is still there
just like a knife
twisting in your heart
And that is why I must fade away, Oh-ohhh...
Just like all our Yesterdays
And all our Yesterdays
will fade
like a dying flame
that once did blaze
like an inferno
Just like All our Yesterdays
But I will always stay
In love with you
There will always be this hole in my heart
I'll try to hide
this secret pain
And maybe someday, I will love again
But not the same
You were the first
I will never love, like I loved you
Your golden hair
and bright blue eyes
Are forever burned, into my mind
I see your face
When I close my eyes
And I wonder if you remember me, Oh-ohhh...
And all our Yesterdays
But all our Yesterdays
will fade
like a dying flame
that once did blaze
like an inferno
Just like All our Yesterdays
Yes all our Yesterdays
will fade
like a dying flame
that once did blaze
like an inferno
