Started working on a Derkholm post...
((Derkholm)) If one were to drive along the Geryon Memorial Turnpike and get off at exit 33, then turn left at the traffic light and follow the green and gurgling Sludge Creek for a while, one might pass by a large, spiky-looking boulder of the purest white. True, moss and lichen grew here and there on its cracked surface, and a very tenacious vine wound its way up and around and across the spikes, but the rock was otherwise very white. Abnormally white, one might say. It gleamed like finely carved marble on sunny days, and on gray ones it loomed yellowish and sickly-looking in the green mists rising from the creek. Of course, it wasn't a rock at all. It was the skull of a very old and considerably sized dragon. A tunnel began at the back of the skull's gaping mouth. It wound down into the bowels of the earth for what seemed like miles before widening out into an enormous underground cavern. And in that spacious cave, one would find Derkholm the Dragon.
